The classes are run each weekday at 2pm. It is an excellent way of keeping the body moving , helping with relaxation and more importantly helping you stay connected with others. ... See MoreSee Less

Good news. AmazonSmile is now available in the Amazon Shopping app on iPhones and Android phones!
Amazon customers can now support the centre on their phones after updating the app. We get 0.5% of your purchase cost when you shop and it can really add up!
1.Open the Amazon Shopping app on your device 2.Go into the main menu of the Amazon Shopping app and tap into 'Settings' 3.Tap 'AmazonSmile' and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process
You will need to do this twice a year to keep your AmazonSmile turned on and automatically donating to the charity for free when you shop on Amazon! 🙂
