Pilates

Pilates is a core-strengthening exercise that can improve balance, mobility and muscle strength, and help with cognitive symptoms and overall quality of life. ​
Pilates exercises are low-impact but work every part of the body, which has a huge number of benefits for people with MS. Our Pilates classes are tailored to individual needs and can be done on a mat, chair, wheelchair or scooter, using special equipment like soft balls and bands for extra support. By building strength and control of the muscles helps to support joints and can improve balance, posture and body awareness.

Our Pilates Class take place on Wednesday mornings between 10am-11am.
